Lighting Design
Any Lighting System or Installation can be designed to suit its purpose, whether it be a requirement for Display or Production, we can design a lighting scheme that suits the required LUX Levels and produce a Lighting Plan and 3D Image of the proposed installation.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an inspection on the condition of an existing electrical installation, to identify any non-compliance's in conjunction with the Current IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and the actual 'state' of the installation.
Tests are carried out on wiring and any fixed electrical equipment to check that it is safe.
A Report is then produced which includes each circuit and any defects.
Every electrical installation deteriorates with use and age, so it is important for the person responsible for the maintenance of the installation to be sure that the safety of users is not put at risk, and that the installation continues to be in a safe and serviceable condition, especially in a Commercial or Leased Property.
It is recommended that periodic inspection and testing is carried out at least every 3 - 5 years for a rented or leased Commercial property which may reduce dependent on the age of the installation and type of premises.
For rented or leased property this may be dependent on the type of business or property use, it is always advisable to check with your landlord and insurance company.
